It's been awhile since I posted here, I missed scrapbooking though digitally and so I thought I should revive this blog. It started with me re-uploading all these free scrapbook elements and layouts which I had posted before, and now, I am here posting new ideas! Well, actually, it was not my plan to post this early as I am not yet done restoring all the old post contents, I thought I should share some of these things because, I was pumped to do so.

My niece, remember those birthday tarpaulin designs I made before for my niece? Yes, she's already 10 years old two days ago and we are going to celebrate her birthday together with two other celebrants by the weekend at a resort in Panglao and Loon, Bohol.

BG: Chevron Part 2

Yay, I got some more time to post a new background image for this day aside from the photo template and I am loving it because my Friday has been a bit productive. Even though there are some negative part of my day, I am glad that making these gave me sunshine in my dark day. I have some heart issues today though, I mean some kind of love life issues, maybe this is because of the long distance relationship that I have that I am feeling this way but hopefully, I could get over this soon.

Anyways, I made these background images long before but I forgot to post them that time. So, here are four of the chevron background images in my disk and you are free to download them to your own personal computers as well.

Scrapbook Layout Idea: My Baby Love

Hello everyone! Here's a new entry for July, I seldom post because of work but I was able to make one today because of my little niece's pictures. I had these photos published in my Facebook account before she turned two last February of this year.

Now that I am far from the family, I am missing this little kid. I could not take photographs of her anymore. She started going to school now and I learned from my parents that she has been doing good in school. She's in a private kindergarten school and there are only five of them in the morning class and she has been excelling for the past few weeks of school. I am so proud of my niece.

Scrapbook Layout Idea: Love Peace Music

I made this template more than two months ago when I was still in the Philippines and I don't have any work anymore, I got the chance of making a couple of templates for me and James as well as for my niece and family. When I arrived in Dubai and started looking for job until I landed on a job, I was never been able to post anything anymore in this blog site which made me really miss blogging. I am thankful to Ramadan because I have spare time after work since we are just gonna work for only six hours plus a mandatory two hour overtime so I am just working eight hours per day.

So since it is also my rest day today and I don't have any other things to do, I got the chance to post something for my scrap-booking website, this just made my day! 

The photos in the template were taken way before I resigned from my job in Cebu. James and I together with some friends went to have some karaoke session and our good friend, Carlo took these portraits of us together. I thought these photos are worth to be added on a scrapbook template and I was never wrong indeed.

Scrapbook Layout Idea: Perfect Moment

Hello guys! I want to let you all know that I am now residing here in Al Satwa Dubai. It's my first week and things are totally different, the place, the people, the technology and most specially the weather.

The reason why I am posting this is mainly because I am missing my best friend, my boyfriend for almost five years now and my confidante. He is the only person whom I can trust everything, though I have close friends whom I also share my secrets but James is the only person who I can tell everything under the sun and I am confident that these conversation stays within ourselves. I am missing him especially when I go roam around the city, I remember the times when we go travel together too in the Philippines. I wish I can let him see what I am seeing right now and share with him my thoughts while riding on the trains or the buses. And when I watched the dancing fountain here in Dubai in front of Burj Khalifa building, the tallest hotel in the whole world, I really want him with me but unfortunately, it’s impossible that time.

Birthday Tarpaulin Design : Aiesha's 3rd Bday Version 3

Finally! I got the chance to share to you the last and final design I made for Aiesha's third birthday tarpaulin. This was the last design but not my favorite one however, it was the design which was actually printed in the end. I wonder why but I really can't remember the reason to that. 

Anyways, I am posting this so to show you the different designs and so that if anyone of you would like to get a design like this for your daughter someday, you can just message me here and I'll definitely send the psd file to you. I don't have the specific psd design here on this post because this isn't a scrapbook page template and so I thought I'll just give you the overview of the design, if you want it, simply message me via the Facebook page or maybe post a comment in and I'll send you the file or maybe I'll do the honor of changing the photos to your daughter's. How do you find that deal?

Anyways, I kinda find this design very girly and that I couldn't really find any other color that would suit a birthday girl aside from the color pink. Would you agree with me? Haha

Birthday Tarpaulin Design : Aiesha's 3rd Bday Version 2

This image up here is the second design I made for my niece's third birthday and that it wasn't chosen to be the tarpaulin design as well for a reason I can't really remember at this point, it's been like two months or so since her birthday. If I was not surfing around my external hard drive, I wouldn't be able to see this lay out then.

So since this was not published at all, I would like to give it instead for free. I don't have a template for it but I can give you a link of the image if you send me a message too or a comment on this post. I am not online all the time but I definitely check my blog daily.

Birthday Tarpaulin Design : Aiesha's 3rd Bday

My niece turned three last February 10, 2013 and I forgot to post the lay outs I made for her birthday tarpaulin. I made three actually but ended using the least favorite. Today, I want to share the first one and my most favorite lay out among the three of them.

Few days before her birthday, we managed to set a pictorial session for her, she wore three different dresses and she was kind of bothered about it. She eventually cooperated after giving her some candies and gums, she like snow bear candies and juicy fruit gums though and her mom gave some so she gave her smile back too.

Scrapbook Layout Idea: Through The Years

Two months - looking at my last post made me sad today, it was dated February 3, 2013 and today, it's been two long months that I hadn't updated this blog here. I was indeed busy for the past two months, a lot of stuffs happened and there are soo many different changes of my life with that span of time. First was that I resigned from my four year work as a customer agent representative last April 15, 2013. I started working in the call center right after college, year 2009 and this was my ever first job experience. Though the job has given me enough for my needs, I have a family who also needs and I want to save as well so I finally decided to go to a foreign country for work. My brother is already there and he is preparing my papers for my flight. I will soon be going there this May and I am excited yet quiet scared about the thought.

Glad I earned some inspiration in making two scrapbook pages today. Because I am leaving my boyfriend behind, I am making some our photographs into scrapbook pages. I hope I'll get the time and courage to print all of these pages I made soon. We have been in this relationship since college, that's almost five years. The photos here shows how we evolved, teehee.

Chevron Background Image

Before, if my mind recalls right, I have a couple of background images inspired from this zigzag type of image. In fact I also had named it zigzag. While writing this post, it makes me laugh at myself because of my terrible memorization skills. I wonder if I have a memory disease, in Jesus Name!

Anyway, the reason why I am recalling it because I had just found a cute blogpost about an illustrator renewing her pair of old Chuck Taylor sneakers. She made chevron designs on it using a plain black marker. Then I just learned that this design should be called chevron and not just the simple zigzag design.

I made these then and I had so much fun making them! I made six color varieties and I am giving them away for free! Yepey! Well, I realize I am always giving my designs for free since then.
